#4 Refactoring into (more) packages

Within the com.rubecula.jquantity package of JQuantity,
there are classes which relate to various types of
presentation and others relating to units. Prehaps the
time has come to separate these for better structuring
of the classes.

This has been partially implemented (available in 0.5) as the
units classes have been refactored into the units package.
