#5 Unit definitions not yet fully implemented

The Units subsystem still only defines a handful of
units. Most of the fundamental SI units are defined,
but most CGS and Imperial units are simply not there.
Of course, devleopers can easily add their own units,
but users (of the spreadsheet app) cannot explicitly
add (AND name) units.

This is no longer true with version 0.5 onwards. The
framework now has a mechanism to dynamically load
definitions of any units desired. There are still some
deficiencies/omissions, and the performance of loading is
not good. Further, it is not possible in 0.5 for the
spreadsheet application to "see" the dynamically-loaded
units (it can see the built-in units).
