I been testing current version both 1.0.1 and trunk
when I try to login , I got "Dear user, your QQ versions are no longer used,Go to http://hi.qq.com"
It seems that qq2005 not supported anymore and but it's used by default. (there are related topics on kraken as well)
On pidgin only 2008 works (tried on pidgin 2.6.2 / 2.6.6)
If you have any working examples I would appreciate

Sadly yes, it's quite broken and yes if you are willing to help get it rolling I would love that! I have trouble following the protocol especially considering I have an added step of having to translate things as I go. =/ Do you already know the logistics of updating it for 2008?
