java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resour
ce for bundle graphic.resources.FTPResources, key is
using the same standards as
the group/server

This happens at any launch of the server other than with
the -invisible option set.

It looks like the default localization resource doesn't have the
values set. I just copied the values from the UK resource file
and put them in the FTPResources.java file and recompiled.
