Hello,

my thanks to you for continuing this helpful program!Especially to however fixed the column width in View->Tree!

I'd like to make a text export of all the passwords i stored so that i can print it out and store it somewhere save, just in case my hdd crashes or that my laptop gets nicked.

However the created file is always just of size 0 bytes.

The XML export works, but that's not nice to print out.

Any chance this could be fixed ?

I am using a newly installed 0.7.105.

Hi Max,
a quick retest on my side: plain text export works (on linux). I ' ll try the windows version tomorrrow.
I suspect your entries to have notes or something that is not working with export.
Could you please retry with a simple subset of your entries?

sorry to get back to you with such a delay - I did not see your reply asking for more tests.

I am using linux with sun's java build 1.6.0_07-b06.

As per your suggestion I tried, tried and tried and subsequently reduced the size of my password safe to just two entries.

Removing the second one of them makes the first entry show up in the plain text export. With the second still in the password safe nothing is exported during the plain text export. So the bug is deterministic :)

Can send you the password safe file by email to roxon at users.sourceforge.net ?

Hi,

thank you for your tests. Yes, it would help if you could send me the password safe file to the sourceforge address.
You could also attach it here, if you like.

Otherwise it would help if you registered with sourceforge so you'll get notified on changes of this bug (I guess this would be next time, maybe it is possible to register for changes on a special bug)
