I've just finished a Debian package of JProjectTimer.

It is available here:

If you'd like to have the Debian source package, get it from here:

If you like to stay up-to-date, add this line to your /etc/apt/sources.list: 

    deb http://www.h.shuttle.de/mitch/stuff ./

An ITP has already been filed:
