#3 Multiple client requests not synchronized

When multiple requests are submitted concurrently by
the same JPPF client, theree is no synchronization that
allows the server to determine which response will be
assigned to which client.

This behavior implies the following issues:
- confusion between responses to multiple clients
- the client could be receiving a response while
another request is being submitted
- an exception could be raised on the server, with the
effect of disconnecting the client altogether.

Added synchronization control through the use of reentrant
locks in all request submission code.

Further testing will confirm how well this works.

Testing confirms it is now working.
Multiple requests can be submitted concurrently without
    clubbering each other.
