#205 Bad handling of incorrect server port configuration

This issue occurs when an invalid value is provided for the "jppf.server.port" configuration property in the server's configuration file.
For instance: "jppf.server.port = a" where "a" is clearly not a valid port number, will result in the ofllowing stack trace:
java.lang.NullPointerException

at org.jppf.client.JPPFMulticastReceiverThread.run(JPPFMulticastReceiverThread.java:98)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:662)
