Beta release

This new release the code structure in order to add support for jnlp services. These services will allow you to get the latest version of this application easilly by using java web start instead of "normal" java. Of course, you can still use this application as a standard java application.
I'll provide some links to use java web start when the site is ready.

There are more error messages to allow you to know what's happening and why an action isn't happening.

Log files are named "jpp_txt0.log" and "jpp_xml0.log" (the number in the filename may change). The location of the files may vary from one system to another, but they should be in the working directory.
