#5 ChartComponent could support AxisGranularity

Hi,

I saw the interface at:

I really like the possibility of creating charts of
events where the X axis is time. However, if I span
over a year, the labels become just a mess (they are
on top of each other). Could Axis Granularity be
added? If it is set to 10, for instance only 1 label
out of 10 would be printed.

BTW if you send me instructions I can try to implement
it myself.
