#1 webcam feature

I have been looking for an internet pinochle game to play
online with family that features webcam images from all
the players. We play double-deck partnership auction
(4-player). My system is 1.7MHz P4 with USB IBM
webcam running windows XP. Would like to see all
players online, and a common chat window, sound is not
really important.
