#5 Request "Oval" as a primitive object in the toolkit palette.

I think oval is a commonly used component.
It would be very nice if you can add oval, produced by
\oval command, to a primitive object in the toolkit
palette like the
Rectangle or Eclipse one.

I love jPicEdt and would like to say a big THANKs for
the developers' effort.
