1) Bug fix for: [ 1348102 ] duplicate polydots-size-minimum causes parser to
abend. Changed the core JPIX-XML parameter formatter code by relying on a
HashMap so that duplicate parameter definition can no longer appear.
2) Bug fix for pscurve: curvature parameters are now outputted by the
Pstricks formatter.

Changed -redir option to -debug.

Bug fix for "jPicEdt hangs on start-up: loading preferences" on WindowMaker.
Simply removed the modal dialogbox (that was hidden behind the progressbar)
for the message warning.

Improvements by Jobst.

Switched isExperimentalSupportForBitmap off by default. It must now be
explicitely turned on by developpers wishing to test this experimental
feature (be prepared to struggle though ;-)

Added note for JDK 1.5 compilers.

Added support for localized on-line help.
