Bug 69 revealed that color name palette preference configuration is poorly documented in user manual.

I have committed jpicedt/help-files/fr.texi v1.26 in which §8.2.4.2 describes the handling of predefined color palettes.

I also made some other updates — can you translate this to the German and English manual ? (do I need to do the translation to English ?)
