#1 Card Background and Sound by XML File

Hi,

I tried to expand your classes on my self, but I missed it.

It would be nice to have a Parameter in the xml File for the Card Background.
At the Moment is the First File Entry the Cardbackground (icon). But it would be nice
If I could specify this in the Theme XML File.

Another nice thing would be a Card open / Pair found sound. May be also defined in the Theme XML

I'am looking forward to the Features in one of the next Versions.
