#3 allow threshhold configuration

When the load for any host goes over, say, 5, I'd like
the graph colors, or maybe even just the background, to
change. You can see see this behavior in xmeter, which
is probably over 10 years old now. I'm *very* happy
you've decided to create an updated client, but I'd
really like to see these features before I convert from
xmeter.

Other threshholds would probably be good, too.
