Throughput test with Jperf

I am working on a bandwidth test with Jperf. I have 2 PC's with a pair of radio's which I am trying to determine the bandwidth through the radio's.
I have a large file I can move from PC to PC. What are the settings I would want on Jperf to accomplish this?
