    Will it be able to print viewing image?

      Printing is not directly supported but you can call mspaint.exe to print the current image.
      Add to the INI file (JPEGView.ini):

      UserCmd3="KeyCode: P  Cmd: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\mspaint.exe /p %filename%' Confirm: 'Do you really want to print the file %filename%?' HelpText: 'P\tPrint current image'"

      It should then be possible to print the current image using the 'P' key.
      You may need to change the path to mspaint.exe, depending on your installation. Just remove the confirm section if you want to print without confirmation.

    It would be really nice if you would get the chance to select printer, now it just gets sent to the default printer.

    Printing is not directy supported. When you have uncommented the example that prints with mspaint in JPEGView.ini, the limitation is that mspaint always uses the default printer.
    You may find another printing program that can be started from command line and that supports printer selection and then you can bind this program to the 'p' key.
