Yes, you must know that Thomas Richter is member of this corrupt ISO
committee.
He started to mislead the people and advertise their bogus results in
Usenet,
and for me this was one of the reasons to abandon the fruitless
discussions there.

The ITU people were kind enough to accept my proposal and looking for
cooperation, but there was no funding either, so it couldn't take off.
