#4 Time Zone not respected/considered

Hello,

I found out that timezone doesn't seem to be considered
by jpilot-icalendar, as given in TZID entries. As I get
many entries from different timezones, it would be
great if this could be fixed.

e.g.:
DTEND;TZID="GMT +0200 (Standard) / GMT +0300
(Daylight)":20041207T150000
(that's EET, one hour difference with CET)
