#1 Incorrectly importing repeated events

When an event is repeated by day of week, it
incorrectly imports as repeated by date. For example,
the following event in a Calendar.ics file from
Evolution 1.4:

appears in JPilot on the second of every month, rather
than the 1st Saturday.
