Hi there,I wanted to notify you that we packaged Joxy for Chakra Linux: http://www.chakra-linux.org/ccr/packages.php?ID=3874
It is currently in a community maintained repository, but if it gets enough votes from users and becomes more stable it might enter the official repositories.
For your information: We needed to remove your JAVA_HOME detection from the compile script, because we've already set that variable and it won't detect Java when installed to /opt.
Good luck with your project and kind regards,
Inkane

Wow, that is really good news, thanks a lot! This is yet another push for us to continue our work, apart from those ugly Java interfaces of course :)
Well, the compile script needs some work anyway, the JAVA_HOME detection is a little bit clumsy at the moment. Can you please indicate where Java (6 and 7) is located in Chakra Linux? Or can we just use the value of ${JAVA_HOME} on Chakra? I will add it to the compile script.
Also, I should note that the native text rendering library (for which the compile script is used) is very experimental at the moment. We suspect there are some memory leaks left to fix, but because of our lack of C-knowledge, it will probably take a while before it is completely fixed.
Thanks a lot and kind regards,
Thom
