I was browsing the site (on Windows) and it is advising me to dowload version 0.0.3 which is no longer the latest version:
Looking for the latest version? Download joxy-0.0.3.jar (152.4 kB)
You may want to check if joxy-0.0.3.jar is listed as the download for windows (or make the latest the prefered download for all systems).
It seems we only updated the preferred download for Linux by mistake. It should be fixed now.
If you encounter any more problems with Joxy on Windows, please let us know; we do not regularly test on Windows.
