Implemented better navigation. Now, when changing the hash the selected distribution updates immediately. Also, when changing the distribution the hash changes accordingly. Finally, when clicking some other page of the documentation, the distribution is kept. That means that if you switch from documentation/compile to documentation/install for example, the distribution is kept. If you were looking at Debian/Ubuntu, this distribution will also be selected on the page you go to.
