JJOS in CVS

The JJOS module is now available in SourceForge's CVS. It's a lightly tweaked (so that it will compile) duplicate of my development tree for the rewritten decaf.

Notes -- common/decaf/interp.cc and jvmbuiltins.* are NOT in the build tree; they're there because it's a convenient way to distribute them (files from the old decaf which come in handy doing coding for the new). When the new decaf is complete, they will be removed.

If you notice any files that don't seem to be doing anything useful, please let me know -- they may have been accidentally included, and if not, they need better explanation.
