[jos-general] Restore JOS Wiki?

Attention administrators of the JOS Project:

Should we turn on the wiki service? Should we import articles from 
the original JOS Wiki? A wiki service is now offered at sourceforge.net.

A. It is possible to start with a clean wiki and include existing 
articles by reference.

B. It may be possible to convert the JOS Wiki from HTML to this wiki 
service. Once again, this would enable us to maintain articles 
contributed to the JOS Wiki.

Thanks to sourceforge.net for providing the infrastructure to develop 
a Java-based operating system! And thank you for your kind attention 
to this matter.
