I#ve just recently heard of the JOS-project and tried to download jos somewhere, but i can neither access www.jos.org nor wiki.jos.org, my browser just comes out with a message that these pages don't exist. Are there any mirrors I could try?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Yeah, our DNS / upstream provider thought we died, so www.jos.org doesn't point to anything right now. :( We're working on fixing it. The wiki can be accessed as http://jos.sf.net in the interim.

A Wiki is a web site, that is designed to host content that is edited and authored by its users.
In other words, it is maintained by the community.
I can provide further references, if you like.
Now I have a question.
How do I start using JOS under Linux?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Try http://wiki.jos.org/view/main/DownloadJOS; our distribution guy just told us he'd updated it.

Hi,
I tried jos.sf.net (as well as the others) but couldn't get JOS from there either. And what is WIKI?
Tx,
Reggie
