Hi John,

if you find this convenient, please send me just the disposition which shall be rolled back, privately to bernd@rite-instruments.de , I'll have a look what I can do. In earlier times I had constant problems with the fact, that jOrgan dispositions have to be strictly encoded in UTF-8. Windows Notepad isn't able to do so. If the encoding wasn't perfect, I got the same error message as you did.

Regards
Bernd.

Additionally, Bernd, altered copy of the disposition will not open in jOrgan 3.9.15, but the original will open with no problems.  So something is
not right.  I replaced all <duration>  with <locking>  and removed the <tunings> (the entire tunings sections which, for me, was the
Werckmeister IV octave adjustments).  It still does not open.

Helo John,

this bulk operations is done within a second with the "search and replace" function of a comfortable text editor (not in Windows Notepad!). For all my text work I constantly use Florian Balmer's genial Notepad2

http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html -

it saves all files in perfect encoding.

Regards
Bernd.

Thanks, Sven, there is a <duration> in virtually every stop. Barring bulk
editing, it would probably be easier to just create a new disposition.
