[Jopt-devl] new file release

Hey all,

I've updated the Java Docs on the site and created a new source file
release (this probably won't be of interest if you are connected to
CVS).

I've also finished the FAQ's page so please give me any feedback you might have.

I'm still working on the definitions page and a how-to doc for
creating constraints.

Also, any thoughts on the logo or spelling of jopt?
