[Jopt-devl] JOpt project status.

Hey All,

Here's a little status update on the project.  I wanted to thank you
all for the activity and interaction.  It's great to finally have
others to work with on this project :)

New Stuff:
* FAQ that was started by Mahendra is available on the main JOpt website.

* Updating of the Javadocs for existing code has started.

* JavaDocs are now available for viewing on the main website


Items I hope to have finished soon:
* Completing the FAQ list

* Dictionary describing some common terms used in the project

* How-to document for creating new constraints


Open items:
* A reminder that the items on the RFE list have a priority value
assigned to them where the higher the number, the higher the
importance.  Also, the more important a task is, the more red it will
appear in the search list. I wanted to clear any confusion on tasks
that might be selected.  The tasks with low numbers are currently much
more complex than the higher ones since there are a number of simpler
items that should be tackled first.

* JOpt naming and logo.  (The really insignificant stuff :)  )  Should
JOpt be spelled: JOpt, jOpt, Jopt, etc.   Also, we need a logo.  The
main site has an x-ray scan of Homer Simpson, but this is just
temporary :)

* Refactoring - an ongoing disussion :)  After generating the
javadocs, I was considering reducing the number of packages in the
project and extracting API focused classes into a seperate package
structure.  Ideas?
