The code has been almost entirely rewritten from scratch and is infinitely better tested (i.e. the project actually has tests!). For usage, see [Usage].

API changes:

• Introduces new interface GameQuerier.
• JOTLQuerier has been renamed into UDPGameQuerier and is currently the only implementation of GameQuerier.
• ServerHandler has been renamed to ServerMonitor.
