#9 Add annotations DataProperties and ObjectProperties

Instead of having annotation @Properties in which there is no distinction between data, annotation and object properties, add new annotations for @DataProperties, @ObjectProperties and @Annotation Properties and modify the code in internals accordingly (esp. the OWLAPI implementation).
