#5 Support for dynamic context loading

Currently, each EM method can be evaluated w.r.t. an logical (repository) IRI. But, in case the repository contains named graphs (aka contexts in Sesame), it is currently not possible to adress one or more specific contexts in these operations.

Enhance the API to allow identification over named graphs as well.
