#57 DTE: A visual parametrization tool

Maybe it's not very simple for a newbie to write the
XML containing all the parameters needed to implement a
Job, so it would be very nice to have a visual tool
that would simplify the writing of whatever
parametrization file, by hiding the complexity of the
underlying Spring XML syntax
