#5 no SEO link for comments link (!JoomlaComment)

The hyperlink of comment for an article is not SEO friendly, it's the usual ndex.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=XX&Itemid=XX#JOSC_TOP

probably an anchor link bug ?

or !JoomlaComment is not SEO friendly ?

There are several Joomla extensions that do not run the links through the sefRelToAbs() function before output. This may be the issue as you mentioned (not SEO friendly) but is a good consideration to review. Thanks for the feeback!
