#10 Google Sitemap improvments

Allow write to sitemap.xml from the root
--> now it only writes to the joomla install dir

When Generating Sitemap.xml openSEF appends all the regular joomla friendly urls to the map as well as the SEF friendly url's

example :

http://www.atlantahostingcompany.com/ATL-HOSTING/content/blogcategory/7/23/

resolves to :

http://www.atlantahostingcompany.com/ATL-HOSTING/atlanta-hosting-and-web-design-blog/atlanta-design-and-hosting-blog/

we can't have the site map double up it needs to only append the SEF information not the joomla default SEF information

When re-building the sitemap.xml some old ref url's still exist even though they are not published
