Jonction2 is still in beta stage so all calculations done by this program might be buggy ... (last corrected bug: effective jonction length for diode now depends an size, as it should)

Well Jonction2 is now ready for tests ...
Things that should work :

• diode analyses
• dc sputter analyses for Si atom (don't forget : always press right click, not left)
• EM-wave analysis (good only if you introduce good values for GAIN)
• evaporation (r is not distance from source to target but radius of circle containg both source and targer, while angle is 120)
• BJT analysis
• diffusion (only drive-in)
• e-m-g simulation
• e-m-g simulation - 3D path log view
• property sheets for chemical elements
