I recently moved the bundle*.properties files to resolve some cyclic  
dependencies. It's now at  
<http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/jomic/jomic/source/ 
net/sf/jomic/tools/bundle.properties>. The developer guide is already  
up to date.
