#30 Image cache does not detect changed files within session
When Jomic reopens a comic, it properly detects if the
archive got changed since extracting it to the cache.
In this case, it properly re-extracts the archive even
though it already is in the cache.
However, if any of the re-extracted images are still in
the memory cache, they are not reread again.
