#25 Page up and down do not change page
Page up and down do not change the page anymore after View > Show information or View > Show page thumbs have been enabled and disabled within the same session.
This is caused by the fact that both these panels use a scroll bar, which eats up the page up and down events.
This bug continues bug 1024731 (Keyboard shortcuts sometimes stop working) and bug 1114531 (Key strokes to change pages).

Well, at least with version 0.9.23 this should be fixed in
full screen.
It still troubles windowed mode, though.
