It is necessary to load javaservices from the current directory instead of copying them into $JOLIE_HOME/javaservices

Mmh that sounds a bit weird to me. What do you mean exactly by "necessary" and "load javaservices from the current directory"? Do you need some sort of mechanism for an easier loading of jars containing javaservices?

This is now supported in the lib subdirectory.
