[Jointtrack-devel] SVN directory structure re-organized

I have reorganized the directory tree.
If you need to get the old structured repository, please use revision
81 or tags/v2.0_stable.

I'm in the middle of correcting the reference path for the VC project
files and verifying nothing is broken. I'll let you know once I
verified everything works OK.
