Actually I am using it with my Tv so far with Homebridge (plugin Homebridge-philips-android-tv), so I am quite surprised by your answer… And I am able to call some of the apis, such as input key, powerstate, ambilight, etc. I am also able to launch application with it. … Anyway, do you know any alternative then as you state it should not work ? I can't make this work for the life of me. I made it work a couple of years ago, but I reformatted and lost everything. I want to use Eventghost to turn off my TV. Jointspace is definitely active. I've tried to use OpenHAB and the Jointspace binding but I've got no idea what either of those things actually even are.
