There is now a voting procedure and voting score page up on the WikiWeb

Please, everyone, check it out, and make any changes you want to the 
contract/admins/software proposals, notifying this list when you do so, so 
we know to check what's changed.

Also remember the voting procedure page has only been around about five 
minutes and so probably full of holes, but so long as you get the drift. :)
