[Joelib-devel] help needed

hi
i am a new user to JOELib  but am not able to make out how to get started with the package....
Can somebody write to me in detail how to start and if i want to write a program using this package where will i have to store the program i.e whether in same directory?
Also i am getting problem with setting with JOELib enviornment.
