[Joelib-help] how to use classes like AtomInConjugatedSystem

Hello

I am doing a project in which I have to use classes like
AtomInConjugatedSystem , AtomInAromaticSystem and etc. I am not
understanding how to get the results(ie. Is the atom in conjugated
environment or is it aromatic...??) using this classes.Can you please
help me to find results using these classes.
   I can read molecules from an sdf file.
