1. i've no experience with web services, can i execute those services 
you mentioned, because i got only XML code.
I would be very interested for some help here.

2. i would prefer a neutral web-link, like
sf.qsar.net/service
or
...
the name should be as general as possible and not mainly connected one 
specific library.
