I heard that Joe is a very good editor! So I downloaded the program and install it by typing rpm -i joe-2.9.7-1.i386.rpm. Now, where is the program and how launch it?

Since you already installed it, just type "joe" at the command prompt, which should launch the editor. If not, try using "which joe", and if the install went well you'll see the full path to the program. Mine was installed in /usr/bin. You can then make sure the location is in your path.
It IS a good editor, but it takes us Windows users a long time to get used to the key bindings. :)
