#1 Can not generate configure

There is no configure in source tree and when I
run autoconf get error:

    You need to run aclocal, automake -a and autoconf in this order to generate configure and Makefile.in. There are still some warnings regarding cross compiling, but these can be ignored.

    aclocal and automake are both part of the automake package.
