Requesting DateTimeZone.setNoDefault().

I have many problems caused by conversion to incorrect (default) zone. If default time zone could be set to nothing, and DateTimeZone.getDefault() threw and exception, I could just get an exception instead of incorrect conversion, so it was much easier to fix problems.
